You can print online the application form and subsequently submit it in person to our offices (Spyrou Kyprianou 57, 1st floor, office 102, 6051, Larnaca, tel: 24-661192, fax: 24-662464). If you are interested in online trading, you will have to fill a supplementary document found in the online trading section.

In addition, institutional investors will be required to bring the following documents, upon submitting the application form to our offices.

-Official, original and recent certificate of directors and secretary

-Board of directors / Committee resolution, which indicates the physical person appointed and authorised to place orders on behalf of the Company/Fund respectively.

-Certificate of incorporation

-Certificate of registered shareholders (for private companies only)

-Certificate of registered office

-Memorandum and articles of association

-Central Bank's approval (only for international companies and foreign companies registered in Cyprus)
